Iron man and Batman are both very smart however iron man is smart when it comes to building stuff and engineering and batman is great with strategy and fighting technique.Abilities

In a fight iron man could beat batman by using his gadgets on his suit however batman would be able to see iron man fight before and batman is also a computer hacker so he could go to iron man system and see all weak spots on suits also batman has a use of high tech so he can find a gadget to stop iron man suit from working and iron man, when he fights he doesn't use tactics he just ask jarvis however batman would no about jarvis and plus batman is a master of martial arts so once batman has destroyed iron man suit then he could just beat him up by using his martial arts.
