In Man of steel 2 the villains should be Lex luthor and Braniac
Brainiac and Lex luthor both try and kill superman.
Braniac has Twelfth-level intelligence; variable superhuman powers, including the mimicking of Kryptonian superpowers  
Lex luthor is a genius and gets super strength because of Brainiac
