In a fight Superman would win because hes immortal unlike Thor and has better abilities then Thor and is smarter and quicker than Thor even though Thor can control lighting and thunder it wont hurt Superman and superman can kill Thor and even though he cant pick up Thor hammer he will be to quick for Thor.
